Project Description

Diamond B Constructors, Inc. has been awarded a $25.5M contract to provide Mechanical Services for a 12-story, 680,000-square-foot Medical Tower at the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, Colby Campus.

Construction started in September 2008 with scheduled completion in 2011. The tower is part of a $600 million investment by Providence Health and Services and is the largest in the company's 150 year history.

The design of the new 368-bed tower focuses on accommodating today's state-of-the-art equipment, while being adaptable to future technology.
