DBC was awarded a 10.1M Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing contract on the new two-story 214,000 square Lynnwood High School in Bothell Washington for Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc. Anticipated Substantial completion of construction in Summer 2009.

The fully accessible school building is is designed to accommodate 1,600 students and 100 staff. Wireless technology will permit Internet access from any space within the building and around the site.

A 350-seat performance-oriented theater with thrust stage and 35-seat orchestra pit will be the focal point of the music and drama programs. The central agora space also offers opportunities for performances and entertainment while at the same time serving as the school's primary gathering place and Commons. The naturally day-lighted library will be available for community use. Indoor athletic facilities include a full and auxiliary gymnasium, weight room, and wrestling rooms.
