Project Description

DBC commenced work in June 2007 on a $4.3M Mechanical Contract for a 100,000 square foot $21M expansion of Bothell High School. Construction includes new Classrooms, Fine Arts, Library, Kitchen, Culinary Arts, Commons Area, Food Lab, Administration Facilities, Upgraded Boiler Rooms and Natural Gas Services.

Special Challenges

Maintaining full operation of the existing school to accomomodate the entire student body during construction, including monitoring air quality throughout the existing facility, maintaining paths of egress around the work area for Student Safety. Scheduling activities without disruptions.
