Job Description:
This position is for an Industrial Project Manager/Estimator for a Bellingham based Construction Company.  Reporting directly to the Senior Industrial Project Manager and taking direction from senior management and field supervision personnel.
Responsibilities include estimating and managing industrial construction projects, including scheduling, cost control, field labor supervision and subcontractor coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred, or 10 years experience in project estimating/management. Minimum 5 years of Industrial Construction Management in Oil Refineries, Energy or Pulp and Paper industry, Mechanical or Piping disciplines, at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Industrial Project Scheduler

Job Description:
This position is for an Industrial Project Scheduler for a Bellingham based Construction Company, which will report directly to the Onsite Construction Manager.
Responsibilities include detailed schedule preparation in coordination with field supervision.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project in an Industrial facility.

Job Description:
This position is for Quality Control personnel and Quality Control Manager for a Bellingham based Construction Company.  The QCM will report directly to the General Manager, with functional direction from the applicable Construction Managers.
Responsibilities include inspection and verification of work quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of QC experience in a refinery environment, ASME Code experience, CWI.
