PIPE FABRICATION SHOP
• ASME certified pipe shop holding the “PP”, “U” and the “S” stamps
• Authorized to fabricate power boilers, boiler external piping and pressure vessels to ASME Code Section I, ASME B31.1 and Section VIII Division I.
• National Board “R” stamp certification
• All weld procedures and welder qualifications conform to the strict standards of ASME Section IX.
• We currently have over 80 weld procedures that can be used in welding carbon steel, stainless steel, chome-moly, titanium and high nickel materials (P-1 through P-51) with various processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SAW).

 SHEET METAL & STRUCTURAL STEEL SHOP
• Vulcan 2900 plasma cutting machine
• New power roll and forming machines
• Brake and duct flanging machines
• Equipped to produce round or rectangular ductwork and sheet metal products in aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel through 10-guage thickness
